This investment clearly demonstrates Manulife Financial's commitment to supporting the development of students in this country, as well as the people we serve in developing nations. With the support of Manulife Financial, we can continue to support the academic and professional development of students in our country to ultimately assist the pursuit of education for children in communities abroad.

About Students Offering Support: SOS: Students Offering Support is a national charitable organization that raises money to raise roofs through raising marks during our 'Exam-AID' review sessions. The money raised is spent creating sustainable education projects in developing nations. SOS is a network of over 500 student volunteers across Canada who have taught 4000 students and raised $240,000 for development projects over the last 5 years.

Since 2005, SOS has attracted the attention of various local and national publications. As we continue to grow, we are always looking for champions in the media to help spread the who, the how, and most importantly, the why. Child poverty is a global epidemic which needs all the attention and focused efforts we can provide.
